Very shortly after its inception, IMIC has been awarded critical tasks by reputable companies. The following list our major breakthrough in the market:

  • Segmentation research and defining ‘pocket of wealth' area for one of the biggest domestic banks. The study was successfully gaining attention and clearly pointing the client to the potential area for market development while being able to make its internal weaknesses become visible.

  • Development of marketing capability for a state owned forestry company. This is a comprehensive work that covers almost all aspects of strategic marketing activities, from skill upgrading, market research, strategy formulation to tracking study for evaluation of the chosen strategy. IMIC is selected to assist client in establishing its marketing system while also being asked to provide input for other activities within the company's internal restructuring process.

  • Entry strategy and setting up joint venture between an Australian company and member of a prominent Indonesian business group in telecommunication. This project would bring the country's telecommunication industry into the new mobile application frontier called machine to machine (M2M) communication. The assignment covers identification and selection of suitable candidates for local partner, analysis of business potentials, partnership arrangement and formulation of the business plan (on-going). As result of our ‘beyond expectation deliverables', IMIC is now invited to be involved in setting up and interim management of the proposed venture.

  • IMIC regularly assigned to conduct study for any industry vary from consumer products to service. We have expertise in industry such as lubricant, food, telecommunication, information technology.  We also execute study on services industry such as shopping centre and banking.

  • In association with other consulting firms, IMIC plays a significant role in regulatory review and policy analysis projects in the power, oil, gas and other energy sector which includes planning assignments, tariff regulation, transmission pricing, offshore facilities and market rules.
